 Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Convenience Clinic
Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physical Assistant to act as solo care provider for one of our new Family Medicine convenience clinics located throughout the city. Ideal for an independent-minded, self-directed professional, this position will provide acute care in a clinic that provides a limited range of low intensity, primary care services on a walk-in basis, and make referrals to Mayo primary care teams as necessary.
Candidates must work best with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrate sound judgment and possess excellent decision-making and communication skills. Nurse Practitioners must be master's prepared and hold a current MN RN license and current FNP certification. Physician Assistants must have current NCCPA certification and PA registration by the MN State Board of Medical Practice. All applicants must have current BLS certification and DEA registration. Experience with pediatric in addition to adult populations is preferred.
